Let's begin

Wow!  Ok...hmmm, where do I start?

I am writing this blog hoping praying that doing so will force me to finish all those DIY projects that I have started and have never finished put aside until I get more motivation!  {Excuse me while I pretend that I am not the only person reading this blog!} Hopefully, this will push me to complete these projects...and give me a way to document the process.  Because everyone loves a good before and after, right??

Currently I have multiple (5 or 10, or so!) projects going that aren't completed.  {You too?  Good.}  Now, let's get going on completing these projects, girl!  And when I say "girl", I mean ME!

Project #1

Adding Crown Moulding to Kitchen Cabinetry

I started this project over two years ago (yes, I said it...2 YEARS).  While one side of the kitchen was easy, for some reason I can NOT get the other side completed.  I don't know if it is the angle of the mitre cut or I am just an idiot (what???) but it is giving me fits.

So...I put it aside.   For TWO YEARS.  Ummm...yeah.  Not my finest moment.  Don't judge.

GIRL...FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED

 Finished side...ahhh, nice and completed.  Just don't turn around. :(

See that missing side, well it has looked like that for EVER!  In fact, if I am completely honest with myself, it didn't even have the front piece of moulding until two days ago.  Whoops!

Stick with me through much trial and error on getting all of my DIY projects completed.  They WILL be finished, a little at a time.  Because I have been told to always
